Caring For Your Item
Please check the individual care label on each garment for specific wash instructions. Due to the specialty nature of our garments and the multiple fabric combinations in each style, many of our pieces are dry clean only.
Ordering Process
Place your order on our website using our easy checkout process. We accept U.S. dollars via credit card or PayPal. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation and shipping information. For pre-orders, use the “Notify Me” or “Pre-Order” button. We’ll notify you when the item becomes available.
Discount Codes
We offer special discounts and free shipping codes to our customers via our email list and social media. For the best deals, sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Instagram @natanyafriedka.com.
Returns
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@natanyafriedka.com.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
You’ll also need your order confirmation and tracking number. Items that don’t meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Sale items may only be returned for store credit or exchanged. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Sizing
Our products are true to size unless otherwise noted on the product page. If you have any questions about sizing, please reach out to us at info@natanyafriedka.com. For specific measurements, please refer to our size chart below.
Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days, with delivery in 5–10 business days. We currently do not offer express shipping. Please note: once an order is processed, no changes can be made. Pre-order products will display an estimated availability date. Once in stock, they will ship immediately and you will be notified. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Natanya Friedka is not responsible for delays or damage due to weather, nor for lost or damaged packages once they have left our facility.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship only within the contiguous U.S. As a new brand, we plan to expand—follow us on social media for updates.
